IRCC Youth Club members can sign up as volunteers for different tasks during the event on September 27th and earn Service Hours.

This is one of the most popular IRCC events of the year, the grand Navratri celebration, which involves two nights, Sep 20th and Sep 27th, of dancing – including garba, glow in the dark dandia, food, Bollywood numbers, and more – celebrating the Festival of 9 Nights dedicated to Goddess Durga.

September 27th, 2025 Event Fees:
IRCC MEMBERS: $30 Per Person, Children ( Age 6 – 10): $25.00 Per Kid
NON-IRCC MEMBERS: $40 Per Person, Children (Age 6 – 10): $35.00 Per Kid

09-27-2025: Grand Navratri Celebration - Day two

The program starts with Arti at 8:00 PM and continues with Garba, Dandia, Glow in Dark Dandia, and Bollywood dance numbers

Snacks around 9:15, dinner around 10:15 PM, and then keep dancing until midnight.

• Keep your IRCC Youth Club membership active and purchase an event ticket.
• Arrive on time, check in/out by scanning the QR code at the front desk.
• Earn service hours only for the tasks you signed up for.
• No-shows without notice may result in membership cancellation.

🤝 Code of Conduct

• Be respectful, professional, and courteous to everyone.
• Avoid unsafe, disruptive, or harassing behavior.
• Follow instructions from organizers and supervisors.

🛡️ Health & Safety

• Stay alert and prioritize your safety and others’.
• Report any suspicious activity to organizers or security.
• Inform organizers of any physical limitations.

⚖️ Liability Waiver

• You accept all risks related to volunteering.
• IRCC and partners are not liable for injury, illness, or loss.

🔐 Confidentiality & Media

• Keep sensitive info confidential.
• Allow IRCC to use photos/videos of you for event promotion.
